Implementation method

1. Surface Preparation:

Before applying Nano Plus, the brick surface must be cleaned and prepared to ensure proper adhesion.

• Clean the Surface:
  Make sure the brick is free from dust, dirt, mold, and previous coatings. Use a pressure washer or a stiff brush to clean the surface thoroughly. If needed, a brick cleaner can be used to remove stubborn stains or dirt.
• Let the Surface Dry Completely:
  Ensure the brick is completely dry before applying Nano Plus. Any moisture can interfere with the coating’s bonding process.

2. Application of Nano Plus Coating (Single Application):

• Tools You Need:
  • Low-pressure sprayer (recommended) or brush/roller.
  • Protective gloves and eyewear.
  • Masking tape (to protect areas you don’t want to coat).
• Apply the Coating (Single Application):
  • Using a low-pressure sprayer (or brush/roller), apply an even layer of Nano Plus to the brick surface. Make sure all areas, including cracks and joints, are fully covered.
  • If using a sprayer, keep the nozzle about 20-30 cm from the surface for optimal results.
• Ensure Complete Coverage:
  • Apply the product until the brick is fully saturated. The surface should appear slightly wet but not dripping. Avoid over-application.

3. Let It Dry:

• Drying Time: Allow the coating to dry for 24 hours. This gives the product time to bond with the brick and form a water-repellent barrier.
• Test After 24 Hours: After 24 hours, test the surface by applying water. If the coating is successful, water droplets will sit on the surface without being absorbed.

4. Curing and Maintenance:

• Curing Time:
  While the surface is ready for testing after 24 hours, full curing takes up to 48 hours for maximum effectiveness. During this time, avoid exposing the surface to water or moisture.
• Long-Lasting Protection:
  Nano Plus offers protection for up to 10 years, with no need for reapplication. The treated surface will resist water absorption, freezing damage, and environmental pollutants.

5. Important Tips for Best Results:

• Temperature:
  Apply Nano Plus when the temperature is above 0°C and below 30°C. Extreme temperatures can affect the product’s performance.
• Weather Conditions:
  Make sure to apply in dry weather and avoid using the product in high humidity or rainy conditions.
• Storage:
  Store any leftover product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Safety Precautions:
  Always wear gloves and protective eyewear during application to avoid direct contact with skin and eyes.
